Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of FlowraLab. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use FlowraLab for an Organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these terms for that Organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and responsibility

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the roles and permissions provided by FlowraLab responsibly. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You may connect only websites, Google accounts, WordPress installations, and provider accounts that you are authorized to access or manage.

Authorized use of connected services

You authorize FlowraLab to access and process data from a connected service only to provide the actions you request. You are responsible for obtaining any permissions or notices required from website owners, clients, authors, account holders, or other affected parties. Disconnecting a provider stops future access through that connection but does not automatically erase legitimate audit or activity history already created in FlowraLab.

SEO and indexing limitations

FlowraLab provides technical audits, Search Console observations, URL Inspection results, indexing-request history, and other SEO workflow tools. These outputs depend on websites, sitemaps, third-party data, crawl timing, quotas, and search engine behavior. Data may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or change after it is collected.

FlowraLab does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, indexing, crawling, publication outcomes, or business results. An indexing request records a submission, not confirmation that Google or another search engine indexed a URL. You are responsible for reviewing findings and deciding what changes to make.

AI-generated content

AI suggestions and generated articles may be inaccurate, incomplete, repetitive, unsuitable, or contain unsupported statements. They are assistance, not legal, financial, professional, or ranking advice. You must review and approve AI output before relying on it, applying it to WordPress, or publishing it. You are responsible for factual accuracy, originality, intellectual-property clearance, disclosures, and compliance of content you use.

WordPress actions

FlowraLab reads or changes WordPress content only through an authorized connection and user action. Saving a draft, updating a post, or publishing can affect a live website. Review the selected Site, content, publication status, and requested action before confirmation. You remain responsible for backups, editorial approval, publication decisions, and consequences of changes made to your WordPress installation.

Third-party services

FlowraLab interoperates with services including Google Search Console, WordPress, and OpenRouter. Those services are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, quotas, and technical limits. FlowraLab does not control and is not responsible for a third-party service's decisions, outages, data, model output, policy changes, or account actions.

OpenRouter uses a bring-your-own-key model. Your Organization is responsible for its OpenRouter account, selected models, provider terms, usage charges, credit balance, rate limits, and content sent through authorized AI features.

Acceptable use

You may not use FlowraLab to:

• Access a website, account, or data without authorization.
• Evade provider quotas, security controls, or access restrictions.
• Introduce malware, disrupt the service, or probe systems without permission.
• Publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or harmful content.
• Misrepresent audit, indexing, Search Console, or AI output as guaranteed fact.
• Resell or misuse third-party data contrary to applicable provider terms.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content and data you submit or connect, subject to any rights held by others. You grant FlowraLab the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and transform that content to provide and secure the service. You represent that you have the rights needed to provide the content and request those actions. You are responsible for content you choose to use, modify, or publish.

FlowraLab and its software, interface, branding, documentation, and original service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not grant rights to use FlowraLab branding or copy the service except as necessary for ordinary authorized use.

Service availability and changes

FlowraLab may change, maintain, limit, or discontinue parts of the service. Features can be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security events, provider outages, quotas, network failures, or other operational conditions. We aim to operate the service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Suspension and termination

FlowraLab may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or third parties, respond to legal requirements, address nonpayment where applicable, or investigate a material violation of these terms. You may stop using FlowraLab and request account deletion by contacting support. Terms that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FlowraLab is provided “as is” and “as available.” FlowraLab disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, FlowraLab will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, traffic, rankings, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service or a third-party provider. Where liability cannot be excluded, FlowraLab's aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid for FlowraLab during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where applicable law prohibits them.

Changes to the service or terms

FlowraLab may update these terms to reflect product, provider, security, or legal changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use after updated terms take effect means you accept the revised terms; if you do not agree, stop using the service.
